Account and data deletion

What is deleted

• Your profile, username, bio, avatar or mapkin and QR identity.
• Your posts, stories, comments, reactions, keeps, saves and personalisation answers.
• Your messages from your side of each conversation.
• Your presence, location and mapkin history.

What may remain

• Copies other members have kept, downloaded, screenshotted or reshared.
• Aggregated, de-identified analytics that cannot identify you.
• Transaction, tax and safety records we are legally required to keep.
• Backups, until they cycle out on our rolling schedule.

Timing

Deletion begins immediately and completes across our systems within thirty days, other than legally required records. Deletion cannot be undone, and it does not cancel a subscription bought through an app store — cancel that in the store as well.
